LKR Associates, LLC (“LKR Associates,” “we,” or “us”) is a coaching and consulting practice based in Sacramento, California. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to respond to you, and we do not sell it.
Information you give us
Contact form. When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your organization, your role, what prompted you to reach out, the services you are interested in, and how and when you would prefer to be reached. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to arrange an introduction call.
Newsletter. When you subscribe, we receive your email address and a note of which part of the site you subscribed from. We use this only to send occasional written insights. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor it immediately.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with the information you submit.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking cookies.
- We do not run analytics software on this site.
- We do not add you to our newsletter because you submitted a contact form. Those are separate, and each requires its own action from you.
Typefaces on this site are served from our own servers rather than loaded from a third party, so visiting a page does not report your visit to anyone else.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and each is bound by its own privacy commitments:
- Vercel hosts the website and maintains the server logs described above.
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- MailerLite stores newsletter subscriptions and sends our emails.
- Sanity stores the written content published here. It receives no information about you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our professional relationship, and we delete it on request. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis by our host.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
Visitors from the EEA and the UK. Where the GDPR applies, we process contact form submissions on the basis of your request to engage with us, newsletter subscriptions on the basis of your consent, and server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. You may withdraw consent at any time, and you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, or to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To make any request, email us at privacy@lkrassociatesgroup.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Security
Information you submit is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with the providers named above. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect, limit who can reach it, and do not retain what we no longer need.
Children
This site offers professional services to organizations and their leaders. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the practice or the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be noted here.
